Quality at DEMSA ISIL İŞLEM to carry out heat treatment activities that can meet customer needs and expectations; starting from process inputs and other inputs, are guaranteed at every stage of production and continue as after-sales service.
With the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System we are implementing, production processes and after-sales services are carried out according to predetermined procedures and the system is audited by independent accreditation bodies of the system.
Heat treatment system evaluation is carried out according to the CQI-9 Special Process: Heat Treat System Assessment audit form.
In DEMSA ISIL İŞLEM, the quality of production is ensured by quality control methods which are meticulously applied at every stage before and after the process. Innovative and highly precise Quality Control methods ensure compliance with customer requirements. For this reason, fully automated measuring instruments capable of high precision measurement are used.
