Bolt blackout

The blackening process is carried out in the specially designed part after the process of tempering the products in the kontiniu furnaces. In practice; superior performance and special added blackening oil is utilized. Tempered products are passed through the oil at certain temperatures. In the final product, a black color and a thin film of protective oil remain on them. The blackening also provides protection against rusting for 6 months to 1 year depending on the storage and shelf environment of the products. Generally, it is a process applied to connectors, various machine and automotive spare parts products.
